NEW APPOINTMENTS
For new appointments, I require a $50 deposit in order to hold your appointment and eliminate "no call no shows." My time is valuable and I want to respect yours as well. You may provide a card to hold on file or Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp. This amount will be debited/required immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please give me a call or messaging me any time up to 3 days (72 hours) before your appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
If your service is cancelled due to your late arrival, you will be charged the cancellation fee for the services you booked (See Cancellation Fee schedule below).
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Appointments happening within the next 72 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, your deposit will not be refunded. You will receive a text and email approximately 7 to 10 days prior to your appointment. Out of respect for our artist and their time, you must confirm your appointment a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed at least 72 hours before they are scheduled will be canceled due to no confirmation. If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.

Please be advised many factors will affect the healing process and final result of your brows. These factors include and are not limited to:
As mentioned in the Brows page, a touch up is highly recommended after the initial treatment as brows will heal up to 60% lighter and sometimes pigment will lift from the scab. We can also adjust the shape and shade at this time too. However, this is absolutely no guarantee and additional sessions may be required to obtain your desired results.

- Skincare regimen
- Lifestyle choices
- How well you follow the aftercare instructions
- How well your skin heals and retains pigment

Space is limited in the studio and what I do requires uninterrupted attention so please come alone to your appointment. If this is unavoidable, I have a large lounge that your guest may stay at at the duration of our appointment.
